These terms govern your use of the Absolute Water Filtration website and the services we offer. By using this site or requesting service, you agree to these terms.

Use of the site

The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for a professional water test, laboratory analysis, or plumbing inspection at your address. Water conditions vary by well, neighborhood, and season, and any recommendations we publish here are generalizations.

Quotes and estimates

Any pricing, availability, or timelines referenced on the site are estimates and subject to change. Firm pricing is only valid in a written quote signed by Absolute Water Filtration.

Service work

Installation and service work is performed under a separate written work order that describes the scope, equipment, and warranty for that job. The warranty on installed equipment is limited to the manufacturer’s written warranty; our labor warranty is stated on the work order.

No warranties on the site

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We try to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that information on the site is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Absolute Water Filtration is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Oregon.
