Started in a garage. Grown from the well up.
Two decades testing wells, reading chemistry reports, and sizing systems that fit the home. Family-owned, licensed and insured, and still answering the phones ourselves.
Built by neighbors, for neighbors.
Absolute Water Filtration started in 2004 after one too many Jackson County wells were handed to box-store softeners that never addressed the actual problem. Twenty years later the rule is the same: test before you quote.
We run the Rogue Valley and the Klamath Basin. We know which Medford Water entry point feeds which neighborhood in summer, which Klamath wells push arsenic past 7 ppb, which Almeda rebuilds still carry benzene in the service line. Local water is a local problem. That's the job.
Four rules we won't break.
Test first, sell never
Every install starts with an on-site tap or well test and a CCR pull. If your water doesn't need a softener, we say so. We've walked away from more jobs than we've quoted.
Right-sized systems
Household size, peak flow, and lab numbers set the spec. A 64,000-grain softener on 2 gpg water is a waste of salt and a retail-box tell.
Lifetime support
Annual checkups, scheduled media swaps, and a 24/7 emergency line for existing customers. The install is the start, not the end.
Hometown accountability
Our installers live in Medford, Eagle Point, and Klamath Falls. If your system fails Tuesday, we're on site Wednesday — not routed to a subcontractor.
