What we do

Water filtration built for Rogue Valley chemistry.

Rogue Valley water isn't one problem — it's eight different water stories. Medford's chlorinated Big Butte Springs supply is nothing like Klamath Falls' 11 geothermal-influenced wells. Ashland's snowmelt from Reeder Reservoir carries organic loads that drive DBPs higher than anywhere else in the region. Jackson County's volcanic bedrock puts arsenic in roughly 44% of tested wells.

We test your specific tap or well, pull the current Consumer Confidence Report, and design a certified system for the contaminants that actually apply to your address — not the generic ones on the side of a retail box.

Our process

Three visits. Clean water for a decade.

Testing comes before product selection. Installation comes right-sized. Service comes back every year.

  1. 01

    Free on-site water test

We review your CCR and test your actual tap or well — hardness, chlorine, iron, H2S on-site, plus lab work for arsenic, nitrate, bacteria, or VOCs when the geology or history calls for it.

  2. 02

    Right-sized system install

Sized for your household's peak flow, not a catalog sticker. NSF-certified media, valves with bypass so future service doesn't shut off your home.

  3. 03

    Annual service checkup

We come back once a year to swap cartridges, validate residual performance, and update the stack as your family's needs or the water chemistry change.

FAQ

Rogue Valley water questions, answered.

Is Rogue Valley tap water safe to drink?
Medford Water, the wholesale supplier for most Rogue Valley cities, meets every federal MCL. But the EWG database flags TTHMs, HAA5, chromium-6, and chlorate above its stricter health guidelines across Medford, Eagle Point, Central Point, Jacksonville, Talent, and White City — all removable with a certified whole-home carbon filter. Ashland's Reeder Reservoir source carries the highest DBP load in the region; Klamath Falls is a separate story with arsenic and PFOS.
Do I need a water softener in the Rogue Valley?
Usually no. Medford Water measures 1.4–2.4 grains per gallon — moderately soft. Softeners on that water are mostly a waste of salt. Homes on private wells outside the Medford Water footprint can be substantially harder and need a proper lab test before any softener sizing.
How common is arsenic in Rogue Valley well water?
USGS-referenced data finds arsenic detected in roughly 44% of tested Jackson County wells, with documented exceedances in Gold Hill (11.7 ppb), Grants Pass (18.1 ppb), and Jacksonville (32.1 ppb). If you're on a private well anywhere outside city limits, arsenic testing belongs on your panel every 3–5 years.
What does a free water test include?
We test your actual tap or well on-site in about 20 minutes for hardness, chlorine, iron, pH, TDS, and hydrogen sulfide, pull your city's most recent Consumer Confidence Report, and walk through the numbers with you before quoting anything. Certified-lab follow-up for arsenic, nitrate, bacteria, or VOCs when the geology or history calls for it.
Most knowledgeable water company I have ever heard of. Family owned and operated — I didn't get shifted around and lost. From my first call to installation to service, I was treated like I was important to them, and so was the safety and quality of my water.
